For this project, I followed a tutorial I found at U-CreateCrafts.com. I used the same fat quarters from the corner book mark to make this little book tote as well. It was an afternoon project that took me about 3 hours from start of cutting to finished product. And that included ripping out all of the seams on the outer bag once because I messed up the corners! The corners are definitely the hardest part and she warns about that in the tutorial. The bag dimensions as outlined in the tote are perfect for fat quarters. At this size, it fits a paperback book or two and a pair of sunglasses/reading glasses. Of course you could always change the size for a bigger or smaller bag depending on your needs.
It is also a reversible bag if you want to change the look.
